Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates And Free Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over $60 within the United States.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 7 to 15 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and can be affected by weather, customs and peak periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If your order contains several items they may be sent in separate parcels and arrive a day or two apart, and each parcel gets its own tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@amorlane.com and we will look into it.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, contact us before placing your order and we will let you know whether we can deliver to your address.
Lost, Delayed Or Damaged Parcels
If your tracking has not updated in over 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at support@amorlane.com with your name and order number and we will resolve it. Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, please check with your household and your local post office first, then contact us if it still has not turned up.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually correct an address within a few hours of the order being placed, but once a parcel has left the warehouse we cannot redirect it.
